Bachelor of Arts in Economics

A Bachelor of Arts in Economics requires 30 credit hours of economics courses, at least half of which must be taken at Tulane, to include:

• Economics 1010
• Economics 1020
• Economics 3010 - passed with a grade no lower than C-
• Economics 3020 - passed with a grade no lower than C-
• Economics 3230, Economic Statistics
• Economics 4960 or Economics H4990-H5000 (Capstone) (See Honors)
• Four additional economics courses, excluding Economics 3880 and 3890,
  one of which must be completed at the 4000 level or above
